A triple post graduate in Clinical Psychology, English Literature and Aesthetics, she also hold a certification in the Intensive Clinical Training in Psychotherapy covering more than 3600 minutes of Intensive Psychotherapy training and 70 hours of Practical sessions (Program certified by By UNESCO Chair in Bioethics (HAIFA), Nirmala Niketan, MindMandala and Desouza Foundation) She has completed her certification course in Therapy Master Class from Counsel India and has interned at Lokmanya Tilak hospital Sion in the Psychiatric department.
With 17 years of experience in Personality Development and Soft Skills training, she has conducted many successful training programs for corporate organizations and prestigious educational institutions such as Mahindra British Telecom, GTL, Birla Sun life, K.C College and Xavier’s College, Mumbai, JD institute of Fashion Designing and Aviation, Aptech (Vashi) to name a few. She has also conducted Personality Development and Soft Skills sessions for aspiring Cabin Crew and beauty pageants such as Miss Mumbai, Miss Navi Mumbai, as well.
She has expertise in conducting therapy for all age groups and has a flair for carving confident personalities. Her key skills include Psychotherapy, Language grooming and Speech therapy, Personality mentoring using Psychometric assessment tools and Psychoanalysis. She has the ability to carve a niche through my positive approach and counselling skills and can create and conduct engrossing training programs and therapy plans. She is also an Author, Editor and Professor. She recently published a novel ‘Can Spring Be Far Behind’ and received a lot of appreciation for her writing style.

She is actively involved in social service and is the General Secretary at the Humanity First Foundation a Human Rights NGO in Navi Mumbai.
